Hardware TFT LCD

The GO 300,500,700 & 900 TFT screens have a native resolution of 240x320 @ 65k colors - it's built in rotated by 90 degrees clockwise.

The hardware doesn't support contrast control but does support LCD backlight control.

The newer 510, 710 and 910 have a widescreen display with resolution 480x272, also @ 65k colors. Hopefully someone will post details. See Hardware_Variants

Note that in recent kernels pwm support has been disabled. To control the backlight, use the standard /sys/class/backlight interface.

For programming, it is accessed as Framebuffer.
